FRIDAY NIGHT MARKET SERIES: AUG 15 & SEPTEMBER 19: 6pm-9pm
1. ACCEPTED VENDOR REQUIREMENTS for all vendors include a 10 x 10 tent, tent weights, tables, tablecloths that cover table legs, signage, and solar or battery powered lights if needed. You should also have multiple ways to take payment, including cash/change, and of course, your best vibes. Please note that there is NO power available at this market. If your setup involves a vehicle or other items larger than a 10 x 10 footprint, we do have larger spaces available; just let us know ahead of time.
2. PARKING - Vendors must park in a specific area of the farm. We will show you exactly where to park during load-in. You will be able to drive up very close to your spot for unloading. Please leave the areas around the farmstand clear for our customers.
3. TRASH - If your area creates waste (food/samples/etc.), it is essential to have a garbage can on site at your booth with trash bags in it. You are responsible for disposing of this bag of trash properly.
4. LOAD IN - officially begins at 7:30am for our morning markets and 4:30pm for summer night markets. Market staff may not be on site before this time. Please be set up and ready to sell by 10 minutes before the market start time. Quickly unload your items into your space, then go park in vendor parking before continuing your setup. We will be on site in the lot to guide you to your spot and answer any questions you may have about setup, including any vendor setup guidelines you may need.
5. WEATHER - Our markets operate rain or shine. Florida weather can be unpredictable, and we do not call the market due to severe weather until the day of, closer to market setup time. If we need to cancel or reschedule due to inclement weather, we will notify you.
6. BE PREPARED - Bring everything you need! This includes water, bug spray, zip ties, sunscreen, scissors, tape, and cash/change. Please do not burden the venue during a busy market day; come prepared! We cannot make change for you.
7. RESPECT - Please be respectful of each other and of the market staff. We work hard to produce the best market possible for you, and we appreciate kindness and good vibes. We will not tolerate any negativity. Please also familiarize yourself with our market vendor cancellation policy to ensure a smooth experience.

As market vendors and event managers with over 10 years of experience, we understand that circumstances arise, and sometimes you cannot attend a market you have committed to. In such cases, we offer a one-time transfer to a different date at the same market location, pending availability and approval. This transfer aligns with our market vendor cancellation policy and is contingent upon accepting the vendor requirements. *
*THIS ONE TIME TRANSFER only applies if you cancel 7 or more days prior to the market date. Cancellations within 7 days will not qualify for a transfer. Should you cancel again on your transferred date, your vending fee will be dissolved, and you will need to reapply according to our vendor setup guidelines.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations, regardless of the reason or timing. If you suspect you cannot attend, we appreciate as much notice as possible so we can attempt to fill your spot with a vendor from the waitlist.
